ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

A shared obligation fee of $20 is charged for those families who reside in separate households and would like communication sent to two separate addresses. this fee is charged to cover postage and the additional copies (this includes, but is not limited to: billing, newsletters, student reports, etc.).

TUITION PAYMENTS

All monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month and will be late on the twentieth (20th) of each month. A late fee of $10 will be charged for each month the payment is late. This fee can be waived at the discretion of the Holy Cross Principal.

The preferred method of payment is bill pay through your bank. The bookkeeper will give you our banking information and you will arrange for the transfer of funds from your bank to ours. This gives you control over your banking information and over your account. It is automatic and convenient, as you will not need to come into the office. This method also allows you more privacy as your tuition payments will be known only to those who have access to your financial information — the Superintendent, principal, and bookkeeper. If this is not feasible or convenient, then you may pay with cash or check directly to the school office. Please be sure to get a receipt when you are paying in person.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

There IS financial aid available. Please follow the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment instructions in the 2010-11 Admissions/Registration Packet.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

All families must contribute 30 volunteer hours each year. Five of those hours must be for the Annual Auction, three for the Crab Feed, and three for grounds maintenance.

All children who attend Holy Cross School and their families agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in the Parent/Student Handbook, including any revisions deemed necessary by the school administration.
